- Loan volume in the two-digit million range
- Loan-to-cost ratio (LTC) / loan-to-value ratio (LTV) not exceeding 85%
- Usual security package (including mortgages, pledges, cessions)
- Real estate in continental Europe with a focus on Germany, BeNeLux and Austria
